ToolUpKit is a collection of browser-based utilities. Our core principle is simple:your data never leaves your device.This policy explains what we do and, just as importantly, what we do not do.

What we do not collect

  • Tool inputs, files, and results are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to a server.
  • We do not require accounts, logins, or registrations.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — because we never receive it.

Data we never see

Because every operation runs locally, the text you paste, the files you open, and the numbers you type are processed by JavaScript inside your own tab. They are not sent to us, not written to our logs, and not retained anywhere we control. If you close the tab, the only copy that ever existed is gone.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which tools are useful and how the site performs. This data is anonymous and is never tied to individual inputs or files. We do not build profiles of what you paste or calculate.

Advertising

This site may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense). Advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies under their own privacy policies. You can manage ad personalization through your browser settings and Google's ad settings. The tools themselves remain free of advertising and tracking.

Cookies

We store only a single local preference — your theme (light or dark) — in your browser's local storage. No third-party tracking cookies are set by us directly. Any cookies placed by advertisers are governed by those advertisers' policies, not ours.

Children's privacy

The tools are general-purpose utilities with no age gate, and because nothing is collected, no personal data from any visitor is gathered. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, contact us and we will address it.

Your rights

We hold essentially no personal data about you, so there is little to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold anything through a channel such as email, write to us and we will confirm and, on request, remove it.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Because we do not track visitors, we cannot email changes individually; checking this page periodically is the most reliable way to stay informed.
