Contact

We would love to hear from you. Whether you have a question about a tool, a feature request, a bug to report, or a partnership idea, reach out and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Because the project is run by a small team, a short, specific message gets the fastest reply.

Email

The fastest way to reach us is by email:mofastory@163.com. It is monitored directly by the people who build the tools, so you are writing to the source rather than a support queue.

Reporting a bug

Found a bug? Send the details and, if relevant, the steps to reproduce it. Tell us which tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots help, and if the issue involves a specific input, pasting that input with anything sensitive removed lets us reproduce it immediately instead of guessing.

Suggesting a tool or feature

We prioritise jobs that fit the local-first, no-upload model and that need real interface work — structured validation, comparison, and format conversion. When you suggest something, a sentence about the workflow you have today and the one you want helps us judge whether it belongs on the roadmap.

Partnerships and licensing

For partnership, licensing, or bulk-use questions, email the same address with a short description of what you have in mind. We are happy to talk about embedding a tool, white-labelling, or other arrangements that keep the core utilities free and local for everyone.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. If you have not heard back after a week, it is worth a second email — messages occasionally land in spam, and a nudge ensures nothing is lost.

What to include

A good first message tells us who you are in one line, what you are trying to do, and what got in the way. You do not need to write a formal report — a few sentences are usually enough. If you are reporting a problem, mention the device and browser you used, since some rendering quirks are specific to a particular combination and impossible to reproduce without that detail.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover data you did not save — because the tools run locally, nothing is stored on our side, so there is simply nothing to restore. We also cannot advise on individual financial, legal, or medical decisions: a calculator shows the arithmetic behind a projection, but the choice is yours. For anything urgent, please consult a professional in your jurisdiction.

Note: this is a static site with no contact-form backend, so please use the email above. There is no phone line or live chat.
